Better Than Bailey's image

Sometimes is hard to get a bottle of Bailey's so why not make it at home? I could include this on my Christmas gifts too.

6 eggs
1 (8 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey
1 tablespoon instant coffee

Steps:

  • Whip eggs in blender; add milk and vanilla.
  • Liquify coffee with whiskey, then blend all ingredients.
  • Serve chilled.
