How to make Best Ever Croutons

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In the bowl of a food processor, pulse the parsley, thyme, sage, garlic and Parmesan to combine. Process until it's very finely chopped, then add the olive oil and blend to combine.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper and red-pepper flakes.
- Arrange the bread cubes in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Pour the herb mixture over the bread and toss to coat.
- Bake until the croutons are golden and fragrant, 7 to 9 minutes. Cool completely before serving. Keep stored in an airtight container until ready to use (up to a week).
