Beer Bread Recipe - (4.4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 cups self-rising flour, sifted
1/4 cup sugar
1 (12oz.) can beer (your choice, I used Genesee Beer)
1/2 cup melted butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Mix dry ingredients & beer Pour into a greased loaf pan Pour melted butter over the mixture Bake 1 hour, remove from pan & cool for at least 15 minutes
