BEER BATTERED FISH TACOS image

Number Of Ingredients 17

Batter:
1 C flour
1 C Heineken
1 Tbsp baking powder
Haddock, flounder or other white fish
Taco Sauce:
1/2 C mayonnaise
1/2 C sour cream
1 Tbsp chipotle sauce
Lemon juice
Taco Filling:
sliced cabbage
sliced red onion
chopped tomato
cilantro
lime juice
Flour or corn tortillas

Steps:

  • Mix batter. Dredge fish in batter and fry in hot oil. Fill tortilla with fish, sauce and filling. Serve with beans and rice. Enjoy!!
