Steps:
- 1. Brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat.
- 2. Put in greased 2 quart casserole.
- 3. Add rice.
- 4. Combine soups in mixing bowl; gradually stir in water until blended and smooth.
- 5. Pour over rice.
- 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or unti liquid has been absorbed and rice is tender.
- 7. Makes 6 - 8 servings.
