Steps:
- Brown onion and ground beef. Drain. In 9" x 13" pan put chopped cabbage.
- In a separate bowl, mix tomato sauce, water, bouillon granules, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle Minute Rice (uncoooked) over cabbage then top with browned and drained meat. Pour sauce mixture over top.
- Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F.
