BEEF & MACARONI SKILLET image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
3 c. tomato juice
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 T. vinegar
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 t. dry mustard
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
Sugar to taste

Steps:

  • Brown beef and onion in 12" skillet. Add tomoato juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and macaroni. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 min. or until macaroni is tender. Stir occasionally during cooking. Add sugar to taste.
