Bean And Rice Burritos image

Number Of Ingredients 7

Vegetable cooking spray
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 (16-ounce) can CAMPBELL'S pork and beans in tomato sauce
1/3 cup PACE thick and chunky salsa
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (1-oz)
1 1/2 cups cooked rice, cooked without salt
6 flour tortillas (8-inch)

Steps:

  • 1. Spray medium saucepan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat 1 minute. Add onion and cook until tender.2. Add beans, salsa, cheese, and rice. Heat through, stirring occasionally.3.
