Steps:
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place potatoes in center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining ingredients.
- Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place on grate of grill; cover with lid.
- Grill 12 to 15 min. or until chicken is done (165°F) and potatoes are tender. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packet.
