BASIC APPLESAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 4

8 JonaMac apples peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup apple cider or water
1/4 to 1/2 sugar (to taste)
1/4 tspn cinnamon

Steps:

  • Place apple in saucepan, along with cider or water. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. When apples have softned, mash them, and stir in sugar and cinnamon. Cook for a few minutes longer. Serve warm or chilled.
