So I made a Bacon Goat Cheese Crostini...It was good, But The Bacon overshadowed the Goat Cheese a little bit...So...Looking back, This is the recipe I SHOULD'VE DONE lol. But, we live and we learn. So heres the Recipe I wish I would've done. I hope...

Number Of Ingredients 6
Steps:
- 1. Dice the Tomatoes...You need 1 cup of Diced tomatoes. Not 1 Cup of Tomatoes Diced...But I didn't have to tell you that ;)
- 2. In a small sauce pan, Add the 1/2 cup of Vinegar, and reduce on medium heat, by half. Once Reduced, set aside to cool/
- 3. Mix the Herbs with the Balsamic, then add the tomatoes, stir and set aside.
- 4. Drizzle the bread with Olive Oil on both sides. Then, In a Grille Pan or open flame grill, Grill the bread until slightly charred and crusty
- 5. Enjoy warm! :)
