Baked Ham Sandwiches image

These little sandwiches go together super fast. My kids wolf them down. Sometimes I freeze each in a baggie. We can nuke 'em and head out the door on busy mornings.

1 pkg potato rolls/buns
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp worcestershire sauce, low sodium
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 lb sliced ham, chopped
1/2 lb swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, low-fat
1/2 c butter
1-1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. In a large bowl, combine butter, mustard,& worcestershire sauce. Add ham & cheese. Mix until well blended.
  • 2. Slice the top half off of the rolls. DO NOT BREAK INTO INDIVIDUAL ROLLS. Place bottom half in a 9x13 pan. Spread the ham/cheese mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls in each pan. Place top half on rolls.
  • 3. Melt the butter in the microwave. Blend in the dijon mustard and worcestershire sauce. Brush the mixture on top of the rolls.
  • 4. Bake in oven for around 15 minutes until rolls are golden brown and cheese has melted.
