This is a Norwegian dish that nice pairs halibut with a crisp white wine and jarlsberg cheese to create a wonderful main dish that's elegant enough for a dinner party.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425ºF. Coat 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place fish in the baking dish, and drizzle lemon juice over the fish. Sprinkle the dill on top.
- Gently toss together the tomato, bell peppers, salt and pepper. Spread the tomato mixture over the fish. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Pour the wine into baking dish; cover with foil, and bake at 425º for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
