Steps:
- Spread bread crumbs over a sheet of wax paper. Beat two eggs in a bowl. Heat corn oil in a large skillet.
- Dip pork chops in egg and then roll in the bread crumbs.
- Fry the chops till brown (app 1 minute per side). Drain on paper towels.
- Place chops on baking sheet and bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 30 minutes.
