BACON SWISS DIP image

This recipe was sent to me through a recipe e-mail exchange. I have gotten some really great recipes this way!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 pkg bacon
1 8 ounce cream cheese (room temp)
3/4 c mayonnaise
1 sleeve of ritz crackers
1 block of swiss cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Fry bacon and drain or use the precooked. Combine cream cheese, swiss cheese and mayo in bowl. Then spread mixture into a square pyrex dish or something similar. Crumble sleeve of Ritz crackers and crumble crispy bacon on top. You may use only 1/2 of the bacon if you prefer. Bake at 350 until bubbly. Serve with your favorite cracker or Frito scoops.
