AVOCADO & CRAB SALAD WITH PONZU DRESSING image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 5-oz packages daikon sprouts (but really more like 1 oz/person)
1/2 pound cooked Dungeness crabmeat, coarsely torn
1 cup matchstick-size Japanese or English hothouse cucumber
1 avocado cut into 1/2-inch cubes
4 tsp masago (smelt roe)
6 tblsp ponzu

Steps:

  • Toss first 5 ingredients in bowl. Drizzle ponzu over.
