AUNT NEDRA'S BEEF STROGANOFF image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 Pound Top Round Steak
1 Small Can Mushrooms
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/3 Cup of Tomato Juice
1 Can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Small Container of Breakstone's Sour Cream

Steps:

  • Chop beef and mushrooms, then add to a large skillet. Add garlic powder, and fryuntil the beef is done. Add tomato juice then cook until dry. Add mushroom soup and fold in sour cream. Cook until hot. Serve over rice or noodles
