ATKINS CREME BRULEE image

2- cups heavy cream
4- egg yolks
6- packets Splenda
1- Tbsp Vanilla
4- Ramekins

Steps:

  • Heat 2 cups of heavy cream in a saucepan until you see bubbles form. In a large bowl combine and whisk together egg yolks, vanilla, and Splenda. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add hot cream an ounce at a time to the egg mixture stirring constantly. After six(6)ozs. are added it will be safe to pour the remaining cream into the egg mixture. Continue stirring until mixture is fully incorporated. Pour mixture into ramekins. Place ramekins into a deep sided baking dish. Fill baking dish with water up to halfway up sides of ramekins. Bake in oven 25-30 minutes. Keep cool until Halftime.
