"ATHENOS" HOT FETA ARTICHOKE DIP

Yield 2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
4 oz crumbled feta cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 jar (2oz) diced pimientos, drained
1 clove garlic, minced

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or other shallow dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350F until lightly browned. Serve with crackers or pita.
