This recipe takes everyday pork chops to a delicious new level! The combination of all the ingredients in the marinade not only gives the pork chops a wonderful flavor but also makes a fantastic gravy!

Steps:
- 1. In a shallow oven safe baking dish, combine oils, water, soy sauce, lemon juice, hoisin, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, sugar, cayenne and garlic; stir to combine. Add pork chops, and turn to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- 2. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake marinated pork chops in preheat oven for 35 to 40 minutes, basting meat often with marinade.
- 3. Remove from oven and place chops on a warm plate. Carefully pour marinate into a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and add mushrooms. Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked. Pour cornstarch, stir for 1 minute or until gravy is thickens
