Asian Ginger Chicken Skewers image

I like this recipe because it came straight out of my head one day when I was bored and wanted something different. This goes great with fried rice either from the frozen food department or a homemade version and some snow peas with soy sauce or the asian chili sauce on the side.

Number Of Ingredients 12

3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon Asian chili sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon indian curry powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon onion powder
4 chicken breasts

Steps:

  • Thaw Chicken
  • Combine all ingredients except Chicken in a small pot, bring to a boil and then let cool.
  • Cut Chicken into chunks and put on skewers and place in ziplock bag with sauce.
  • Let the chicken marinade for 25 minutes.
  • Place in oven for 30 minutes.
