4 cups baby arugula
1 cup strawberries ((sliced))
1/4 cup radishes ((sliced))
1/2 avocado ((peeled, pitted, diced))
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
Salt and pepper ((to taste))

Steps:

In a large salad bowl, mix the arugula, strawberries, radishes, and avocado.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat, then serve immediately.
