Artichoke Pepperoni Quiche Recipe - (4.5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 8

Frozen Deep dish pie crust (I use
Orinoke)
1-10 oz pkg frozen artichokes
1-8 oz mozzarella cheese block, diced
1/4 cup grated romano cheese
4 eggs
pepper
1/2 cup pre-sliced pepperoni

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Defrost artichokes and pat dry. Cut into quarters. Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Then mix in all of the remaining ingredients. Pour into the pie crust and bake for 45-60 minutes.
