These kielbasa-apple-potato kabobs are served with cabbage that's been tossed with a sweet and savory apricot-mustard sauce.

Steps:
- Cook potatoes in boiling water 10 to 12 min. or just until tender; drain. Cool slightly. Meanwhile, combine mustard, preserves and green onions; reserve 1/4 cup for later use.
- Heat grill to medium heat. Thread sausage, apples, pearl onions and potatoes alternately onto 12 skewers.
- Grill kabobs 12 to 15 min. or until heated through, turning after 7 min. and brushing occasionally with remaining mustard mixture for the last few minutes. Meanwhile, cook reserved mustard mixture in saucepan on medium heat 3 to 4 min. or until heated through.
- Toss hot cabbage with mustard mixture. Serve with kabobs.
