3 eggs
1 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 lb chocolate chips
6 granny smith apples, peeled and chopped

Steps:

  • preheat oven to365.
  • Beat eggs.
  • S-L-O-W-L-Y add sugar and oil, combining each time.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, soda, and cinnamon.
  • Add to egg mixture, mixing well by hand.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend very well.
  • Bake in an ungreased pan for 1 1/4 hours.
