Antioxidant King image

This is my favorite smoothie with many health benefits. It looks great and tastes the same. The avocado gives it a real creamy texture.

Number Of Ingredients 8

¼ fresh pineapple, peeled
1 Golden Delicious apple, quartered
1 small beet, top and bottom trimmed
¼ cup fresh spinach, or to taste
¼ cup mixed berries, or to taste
½ banana
½ avocado, peeled
3 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Process pineapple, apple, beet, and spinach through a juicer.
  • Blend juice, berries, banana, avocado, and ice cubes in a blender until smooth.
