6 oz animal crackers
2 tblsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tblsp sugar
4 tblsp unsalted butter, melted & cooled

Steps:

  • Pulse all dry ingredients in food processor until powdery. Add butter, stirring to combine until crumbs are evenly moistened. Bake at 325ยบ for about 15 minutes, rotating pie shell half way through baking time.
