Steps:
- Layer I
- Slice the cake in about 1 1/2" slices and cover the bottom of a 9"x13" baking dish.
- Layer II
- Blend together sour cream, skim milk, and pudding. Spread over angel food cake.
- Layer III
- Spread pie filling over pudding mixture.
- Layer IV
- Spread Cool Whip over fruit topping.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour and serve. Store leftovers, if there are any, in the refrigerator.
