Amazing Sauerkraut Salad image

Got this recipe from my mom she came up with it by trial an error.

Number Of Ingredients 7

14 oz. can(s) sauerkraut
1 medium green pepper diced
1 cup(s) diced cellery
1 medium onion diced
3/4-1 cup(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) apple cider vinegar
2 oz. jar(s) diced pimentos drained

Steps:

  • In a large bowl with a lid, Mix all ingredients, cover and refridgerate over night. Stir before serving.
