Amaretto Dip with Strawberries image

What an easy dessert! This would be perfect for Valentine's Day.... even a novice cook could make this. It would also be lovely at brunch, a holiday party, or even a special weeknight dessert. The dip is light, creamy and super flavorful.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 c nonfat strawberry yogurt
1/4 c whipped fat-free topping, like cool whip
1/3 c amaretto
2 qt fresh strawberries, rinsed & dried
dark chocolate curls
toasted almonds

Steps:

  • 1. Blend yogurt with Amaretto. Blend into the whipped topping.
  • 2. Refrigerate 2-4 hours before serving.
  • 3. Garnish with shaved dark chocolate curls or toasted almonds. (optional)
  • 4. Serve in a crystal, or glass bowl surrounded by fresh berries on pretty tray.
