ALIOLI SAUCE image

Yield 4 to 6 servings

Number Of Ingredients 5

8 garlic cloves minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups mayo
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • Mash garlic and salt in mortar with prestle or in a small bowl using back of spoon. Transfer to medium bowl. Whisk i mayo olive oil and lemon juice. Refrigerate until cold.
