1 (1 tablespoon) envelope unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups lemonade
1 (3 cup) package of regular vanilla pudding
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup maraschino cherry, quartered and drained

Steps:

  • Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup of lemonade. In a medium saucepan, combine remaining lemonade, pudding mix and softened gelatin. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and bubbles. Chill until partially set.
  • Whip cream. Fold into gelatin mixture. Fold in oranges, pineapples, and cherries. Chill until mixture mounds; turn into a 4 cup mold, if desired. Chill 4-5 hours.
