- Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil and taco seasoning in a bowl until well combined. Transfer to the air fryer basket.
- Air-fry cauliflower for 7 minutes. If you like your cauliflower extra crispy, air-fry for an additional 7 to 8 minutes. If your florets are small, keep an eye on them, otherwise they may burn.
