1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, minced
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
5 ounces tomato puree
4 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons salt (opt)
2 teaspoons celery seed
1 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Do not brown the beef. Combine all in a saucepan and simmer for 2 hours.
