7-Up Pork Chops Recipe - (4.5/5) image

6 pork chops, 1" thick
1 bottle 7-Up soda (12 ounces)
1 package onion soup mix

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350. Place chops in shallow baking pan. Pour 7-up over chops and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Bake uncovered for 40-50 minutes.
