5 Minute Key Lime Pie image

I do not know where I got this pie recipe but I have made it for many years. It is fast to prepare and if you can wait for 2 hours, it will be better. My family likes me to freeze it and cut it while still frozen. Yum Key Lime ice cream in a graham cracker crust.

1 graham cracker pie crust
1 pkg lime gelatin
1/4 c boiling water
12 oz containers key lime pie yogurt
8 oz whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • 1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a medium size bowl.
  • 2. Stir in yogurt with a wire whisk.
  • 3. Fold in whipped topping with a wooden spoon.
  • 4. Spoon mixture into crust and chill or freeze for at least 2 hours.
